The Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 No. 300-Z «About the appeals of citizens and legal entities» (edition of June 28, 2022) with additions and amendments comes into force on January 2, 2023.     

The Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 No. 300-Z «About the appeals of citizens and legal entities» (edition of June 28, 2022) establishes the submission of electronic appeals to state bodies and other state organizations and the receipt of responses (notifications) to them through the state unified (integrated) republican information system of accounting and processing of appeals of citizens and legal entities (the system of accounting and processing of appeals).

Users access to the system of accounting and processing of appeals is provided through a website on the global computer network Internet at https://addresses.bel (Internet site).
